These terms apply to all purchases from Miritec Enterprise, whether made on miritec.co.ke, by WhatsApp or phone, or at our shop in Nairobi CBD. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and prices

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh). We do our best to keep prices, stock and product descriptions accurate. If an error is found, we will contact you before processing your order. Wholesale prices are available on request for bulk orders.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once we have contacted you to confirm the item, price, delivery location and fee. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the details cannot be confirmed.

3. Payment

Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa or cash. Pay on delivery is available where stated in our Delivery Information.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are set out on our Delivery Information page. Please inspect your items on delivery and report any damage immediately.

6. Safe use of equipment

Fitness equipment must be assembled and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and within its stated weight limits. If you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme. Miritec Enterprise is not liable for injury caused by misuse of equipment.
