The Assault Airbike is used for High Intensity Interval Training, and helps to reach the maximum exercise capacity in a short amount of time. How does the Airbike work?
The Assault Airbike uses a drag system. With this system, the resistance of the bike will get heavier the moment the user cycles faster.
